Regan G. Carney
After 29 years of throwing, manipulating, glazing and repairing clay, Carney is still finding new things to express with and through the material. She received a BFA from Tulane University in 1980 and has shown in LA, NO, Santa Fe and the Gulf Coast. She participated in “travel shows” through The Arts, Hancock County including the Clinton Presidential Library.
Carney’s work is shown in Gallery 220 in BSL, the Ohr Museum in Biloxi, Hillyer House in Ocean Springs and soon in Schoen Gallery in Natchez. She teaches out of her studio in Bay Artists’ Coop: 415 S. Necaise Ave. Regancar@bellsouth.net, ArtistsRegistry.org
